Glider basement window with energy efficient construction which will not warp, peel, or corrode. Trouble free, maintenance free operation and performance. Fusion welded frame and sash corners prevent water leakage. Features a single slider design which creates a tight, stable, strong window. Sash rollers provide easy operation. Die-cast metal lock provides security. Fully weather-stripped interlocking sash protects against exterior elements. Integral 3/4 In. nail flange, 3/4 In. insulating glass, and fiberglass mesh half screen. Operating sash is removable by unlocking sash and opening slightly, then lift sash up and out. Limited lifetime warranty.
